Frogs group requires that children are entering Grade 4 and 8. Children must have up- to- date immunization records and recent medical examination record.

If your child has any special needs or accommodations, parents/ guardians must notify the camp management before the camper is admitted into the program. Teachers are required to teach mathematics and language arts every morning from Monday thru Thursday. Fridays are trip days with no academic learning. Children will be divided into the classroom depending on their learning ability. Academic Classes are held from 9:00 am to 11:45 am. Homework can be given upon parental request. Teachers will involve camp theme schedule into daily lessons. At the end of the week, parents/ guardians will receive a folder based on weekly work that your child has done with the teacher.

The Frog group is the ” intermediate” group of the campers. They will learn leadership and the standardized testing skills that will assist them in the upcoming school year.

 

TRIP SCHEDULE:

Important Information: Trip Days are on “Fridays.” Dates are tentative. Campers must wear comfortable clothing for any inclement weather. All emergency and medical forms must be updated prior to trip date. Payments for trips must be paid on the day before the trip date (notices will be given out). All campers must arrive at 8:00 am sharp for trips.

  • July  15th — Keansburg Waterpark, Keansburg, NJ 
  • July 22nd — Crayola Factory Easton,  PA
  • July 29th — New Jersey Rock Climbing Gym Fairfield, NJ
  •  August 5th — Funplex Amusement Park East Hanover NJ 

Other trips such as the Turtle Back Zoo,Chuckie Cheese, Newark Performing Arts Center, Newark Museum, South Orange Theater may be substituted for the above main trips  depending on the  purchase of tickets sold. Trip dates are subject to change in the event of inclement weather.
